Breaking: UCC TAs Fight Over “Dinner For Promotion”

Written by The Haymaker

When the chance for promotion at work falls on the laps of two friends but only one of them can go through, what do you think will happen next ? The Battle begins!.

Dinner For Promotion is a story about two financially challenged friends Abeiku and Katey, whose main aim is to get promotion at work just to be able to earn some more money for a much better life. Unfortunately their boss Alhaji Isaka can only promote one person.

This becomes a rather selfish motivated interest as all of them would rather tarnish the other person’s image just to win the heart of Rashida who happens to be the daughter of their boss Alhaji Isaka.

This play by James Ene Henshaw is being put together by the Department of Theatre and Film Studies of the University Of Cape Coast. The department, has over the years treated lovers of stage play in both the Central Region and beyond to amazing stories. however, this happens to be an upgrade of them all.

Dinner for promotion will be staged at the University of Cape Coast Main Auditorium from Thursday, 4th April, 2019 to Saturday, 6th April, 2019 at exactly 7:00pm each night.
